Who is Andy Warhol? Andy Warhol is a painter, graphic designer, set designer, film producer and proponent of the Pop Art movement. He was one of the most important and influential artists of the 20th century. He was nearly murdered in 1968 by a student of his, Valerie Solanas, who shot him.
