Refund policy

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for verified damage to the original packaging, Berfud will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days from the return of the goods, by canceling the charged amount on the Credit Card, PayPal, or via Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the Customer must promptly provide the bank details to which the refund should be sent (ABI and CAB codes, and the bank account number in the name of the invoice holder).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a refund for a product that was tailor-made or personalized based on your instructions, unless there was evident negligence, omission, error, or oversight on the part of the artisan who created your order. If your instructions were not followed or if you did not receive what you ordered, Berfud.com will cover you with a full refund. Alternatively, you can request that the order be remade correctly, allowing the time needed for the new production. Please contact us for more information.

If you have ordered a product that was not created specifically for you, you have 14 days from the date you received it to send it back to us. On Berfud.com, returns are at the Customer’s expense: please return the parcel you received in adequate packaging. The address to which you should send the package back is:
Viale Bligny 5, 20136 - Milan, Italy.
Once we have received the package and verified that the product remains intact, we will credit the refund to the payment method used for the initial payment within 14 days.

What if my ordered item arrived broken? What should I do?
We are very sorry your order did not arrive in perfect condition! We understand how important it is for you to receive products in excellent shape, especially if they are gifts. We will do our best to fix the problem.

Please contact us immediately: we ask you to send us a photo showing the damage as soon as possible. Remember that no more than one hour should elapse between the delivery of the goods and sending the photo to our customer service.
